As one of the best fast-food options in terms of accommodating vegans, Taco Bell is one of my most frequented establishments. Well.... WAS. Let's just say it was nice while it lasted.Starting a few months ago, this Taco Bell location has been on a hot streak of getting my order wrong each time I visit. It's as though the employees are trying to win awards or break records for how wrong they can get my order. If this is the case, then let me give them their flowers, because they're doing amazing sweetie.I always place my order through the mobile app because it makes it easier to customize my order to my liking/dietary preferences. I love apps. There should be no room for error. So, here's my question: Have the employees embarked on some kind of dopamine detox that prohibits them from looking at the computer to see my carefully placed order? Do their parents not allow them screentime or something? What gives?NO MEANS NO, Taco Bell!! And that also applies to cheese and meat and sour cream.

This Taco Bell is hands down the worst Taco Bell in town. Worst customer service ever. Waited thirty minutes received the wrong order and then was told to come back with a receipt 10 min before closing time. How do you confuse Doritos loco taco with soft taco?? Also did an online order through the Taco Bell website and chose delivery as the method and when my door dasher driver ASSIGNED FROM TACO BELL went to pick up the order they said it was never received. Verified the address of the Taco Bell and provided receipt of proof of purchase. The Taco Bell manager at the bypass location told me to “email Taco Bell corporate directly”. This could’ve been handled very different and the only goal was to get off of the phone with me! I will not be back! Employees also seem to be on drugs and I will be notifying the food regulations and inspectors committee of this situation.

This is legit the WORST Taco Bell I have EVER been to! Waiting THIRTY mins for ONE quesadilla and repeatedly got my order wrong. Drive thru girl ignored us at the window repeatedly and had an attitude and was absolute garbage at her job. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I stopped by the taco bell on 31w bypass. I haven't been to taco Bell in over a year. I went and ordered the power bowl w/ chicken and the cheese fiesta potatoes. Everything was fresh & hot. Am not for sure if it depends on the time since I stopped by at 2:00 o'clock in the afternoon. I would definitely say stop by.

This Taco Bell is useless. They only hire active crack heads that don’t put any care or effort into anything they are paid to do. Day shift is slightly more acceptable than night shift but that margin is extremely thin. I’m convinced they don’t ever change their fryer oil because the chips, chalupas, and cinnamon twists, all taste like literal poison. I’m not kidding. It tastes like they are fried in bleach.

The only thing I have problem with is they take forever and if you order online they never put your sauces in there even if you put it on the order they never put them in the bag .
