Took my son and friends there on 10/30 for his birthday. All was good until the food came (or didn’t). Before bringing the food we were informed that they were currently out of mashed potatoes and it would delay the food 5-10 mins. Nobody changed their side and we just thought we’d have to wait a little longer. A couple mins later, everybody’s food came out, minus the potatoes. We thought they were going to wait to bring out the food until the potatoes were done. The potatoes finally came - 20 mins later, after the rest of the food was gone. However, that wasn’t the worse. My son’s steak and shrimp had 2 long strands of hair on it. We sent it back and the manager eventually brought out another steak, minus the sides and shrimp. The steak was much smaller and was well done - supposed to be medium. He said it was ok because he didn’t want to wait any longer. He could only eat half of it because it was like leather. So the birthday boy had a less than enjoyable birthday dinner. And no apologies or credit to the bill. Will not go back - Montana Grill is a better alternative.

I had not been to this Roadhouse in approximately 6 months. The employees and the food was always good except this time I ordered the hamburger and french fries and they were both extremely salty. To the point of being unhealthy. I only ate about half of it for that reason. I brought it home and tried the doctor it up but I couldn't do anything with it. I don't think I can ever eat their burger and fries again, but their dinner rolls are fantastic.

My family and I were visiting and we decided to go to this Texas Roadhouse the service was just awful, I gagged my food out of my mouth because our food came out undercooked and cold and when I called for a manager it took 45 minutes for him to come when “Jon the manager” finally came I told him what was going on he got mad and told us it was our fault our food was like this. It’s honestly sad when the hosts did the managers job the hosts was the only one that actually did their job and helped us and made us feel welcome and the only one that didn’t leave us walking out of their with disappointment and tears in our eyes.

I called at opening, on Sunday, for a farewell party of 27 at 2:00. James sent the link to my phone and told me to announce our arrival, were seated in about 10 minutes! Impeccable service and food and good times! Hats off to Shelby and Andrea and Nikki, I love this place ❤️ Thank you James for such a wonderful place, from one business owner here, you have my deepest gratitude!

We have an annual gathering of my family when dear friend from Sweden goes back home. I chose here because I hadn't been yet and always loved the one in Etown back when I traveled. The BG TR is family now after yesterday! I called at opening and let them know my family party of 27 would be there at 2:00. We all got there at the right time for once and they were seating us within 10 minutes! Our 2 servers, Shelby and Andrea, were so great it felt like we had 4 waitresses! Great food and drink, atmosphere and attention, no one could ask for more!! Thank you James, Nicki, Stephanie, and Jenny, you've set the bar high! I love this place!! ❤️
