Good food !!

I've eaten once before at Texas Roadhouse and it was good. However, I just ate there yesterday and there were issues. For one thing, it was freezing. Then my boyfriend ordered the steak medallions, Medium, and when he got them they were BEYOND rare. Like literally so undercooked he couldn't even bite through one. I was basically done with my meal before he even got his and he took out to go. They didn't even offer compensation. Then, I get home and get food poisoning. I will not be back.

The Manager did a good job and the waitress was lovely but the actual food, no. I will choose Outback over Texas any day. The "cactus blossom" was drowning in oil. I had to take it out of the bowl and put it in the bread basket. The salad had so much dressing it made my stomach upset. Then all the food had the same greasy taste the onion did. The rolls were served with only Cinnamon butter. I absolutely hate that there's electronics ALREADY at the table when you get there. I know it's 2024 but I don't like it. Just one opinion.

We stop at this TR every time we're in Bowling Green. The service and the food is always excellent. Plus, Cabelas is literally right across the parking lot, so it's a great 2-for-1

If you’re used to eating at a Texas Roadhouse back in eastern KY don’t come here. The steak isn’t the same quality, the shrimp was over cooked and tough and my wife was complaining the ranch wasn’t the same as our roadhouse. Worst roadhouse experience next to the one in Lexington Ky. The service wasn’t the best either.

I'm not sure what they did differently but the 6oz Sirloin was amazing today. Off the Early Dinner Menu. Medium Rare. Chef's Kiss or whatever they say

Dined here passing through back to the house on Easter Sunday and our server, David was absolutely amazing! Highly recommend him and the rest of the staff at this location! It was busy but he took the time to listen and ensured the order was correct before it hit the table. Nailed everything on first delivery and kept our drinks full! Nothing but great things to say! I hope this gets him a bonus of sorts! This is from one of the two David tables that was set at the same time across from each other! Family of 5!

Andrea was one of the best servers I have ever had the pleasure to have not to mention the food was great. We Were at the Texas Roadhouse off Scottsville Rd in Bowling Green Ky Traveling from Florida. Andrea is a great asset. I am in the Customer service business and I would hire her in a minute after seeing her in action. If I was local and went there again I would ask for her to be my server.

People are nice and service was fine. No hearty vegan options so I just grabbed a salad and some wine. Booth was clean but my wine glass was dirty, however.

We were seated fairly quickly and the server, while seemed new, did great. We were seated at a booth for two and it felt very cramped. I got the chicken fried chicken and the breading wouldn't stay on the chicken, was frustrating trying to eat it. It kept sliding off. The side of green beans it came with were very good, seasoned just right and a tiny bit of sweetness. Other than that, a fairly good experience.Parking: Large free lot

It was really busy during the dinner rush, so there was some delay in service, but totally understandable considering the conditions.
