4.5 stars4 stars 2nd visit: Tried a few samples of chicken salads offered with each being very different. Landed on a plain chicken salad sandwich with their housemade bread. Separately each was good but bread overpowered the chicken salad.5 stars 1st visit:Popped into 30 Bird on the Square to see what offerings they had being a new establishment. Healthy and dietary options abound from soups and salads for lunch and dinner to Pre-made items in the refrigerators to packaged goods in the back with fresh baked goods for breakfast. I opted to try the gluten, vegan, and dairy free Bliss Bars as an intro to this super healthy world, and wow, did I gobble those things up! The staff and owner were all super nice, and on the strength of my first try, I will be back to try more! Remember, cash is king...
