I’ve never been allergic to anything before in 34 years, but was hospitalized after eating one of their sugar cookies. We still don’t know what caused it, but it all points to them. Be cautious.

Went here to get cookies for my family. I asked the lady working if she was able to put icing on any size cookie or any cookie and she rudely smarted off with “yeah.” I looked back at my family members to see what kind they wanted since it was their first time there and I said well let’s look at the small ones to her and as I turned around to walk to the small ones the worker screamed at me saying “bye rudely and laughing” I asked to speak with a manager and was told I couldn’t so I asked for a number to reach the manager at and I got yelled at and told I wasn’t allowed to call her manager. So I asked what the big problem was in looking at the other cookies as she screams at me with “you wasted my time!” So I asked for the store number again and she goes to the side writing on a piece of paper that apparently her manager had wrote stating they aren’t allowed to give out the number. So I simply said okay I’ll call on my own but thanks as she screamed at me loudly with my 15 month old medically complex daughter in my arms. “Good luck getting across and screamed BYEE” this was absolutely the worse experience of my life!

My sisters and I came in to order some drinks. The ladies at the counter were rude, consistently rolled their eyes per item ordered. Both drinks were absolutely undrinkable. The machiato tasted like cold milk and coffee, no caramel flavor. The strawberry Boba tasted like watered down tea and milk with a hint of strawberry. When asked if they could add more strawberry, they huddled together talking negatively and speaking under their breaths with smart remarks. Completely unprofessional!!!

Mall cookie stores have been around forever and have been a staple of shopping visits. This one is standard fare but given all of the gourmet cookie shops and bakeries that have popped up recently, it makes this store full short of the high bar set. They do have some exotic combination cookies but they are not very soft or warm. Staff was not energetic but got the job accomplished. Overall it was ok.
I ordered a cookie and the girl at the counter was… unenthusiastic to say the least. Fine, she’s young BUT, I sat down to enjoy my dessert and she get on her phone. She didn’t change her gloves before or after I ordered. And then she starts eating a cookie. So the germs from her phone, mouth, whatever else she touched was likely ALL over my stuff. I tried to get a photo but she immediately sat it down. Disgusting. I threw mine away. $6 for a cookie, I think we all expect clean gloves. To management- I tried to find a phone number or contact info on your website, and couldn’t find anything other than the store number.
Great cookie s
Love everything about this place. Cookies are delicious and the employees are so friendly. Helen Wisdom was the lady they waited on us and she was a friendly young lady.
