We have been to Toro twice now in the last week. We loved it the first time. My husband had the burger of the day and I had the ceviche and they were both quite good. The margarita we both had was also very good. We went back the second time and my husband had the Chef's special. It was great! I had the seafood paella and it was just OK. It was very overdone and the mussels on top were so overdone that there was no mussel left. It was totally dried up and no mussel was there....
Casual atmosphere with great food. We tried the chicken Santa Fe salad, My Way tapas, and Toro Sampler; All were excellent. The My Way was my personal favorite combining flavors of a seafood bisque and a seafood skillet with jumbo shrimp, calamari, mushrooms, and sausage in a red sauce. Highly recommend!
Madison, our waitress was amazing!! She was prompt in getting us served, very personable and knew the menu! The food was OH-SO- DELICIOUS, fresh and hot! The Santa Fe Salad was perfect! The salted caramel ice cream was to die for. And y'all, the bathrooms were clean!!
