First time being to this one as I was passing through and like the ones near me that I go to, they are friendly to be of service and smoothies are fresh!

I love this place. The smoothies and food are always on point. I just miss the couple that use to work there. They were so sweet. Now it’s just young people working there and they don’t give good customer service all the time. They just stare at you and wait for you to say something.

The only thing I can recommend is the acai bowl because I'm hooked! ? Staff is always friendly, and it's not usually too busy, so I can get in and out quickly.

Is there a reason this location is closed at 8pm? Drove 22 miles for a smoothie. Get here, a young man unlocked the door and tells my daughter it is closed at 8:03pm. Internet and door says 9pm. 4/19/24. Not cool Tropical Cafe.
Small shop with friendly employees. Owners need to be more cognizant of weather conditions and close during tornado warnings. They don’t seem to value their employees. Smoothie was for my wife since too much sugar for me.

This location was clean, and the service was good. I ordered the Bahama Mama, and it was really good. I have had other drinks, and many of them selections have banana in them. Though I like bananas on their own, I don't like them mixed in drinks. So, I asked if for future orders if I can take out the banana in any of the smoothies, and they said yes. So, that is a plus.
