Just gotta say the staff makes the experience, friendly out going and quick to serve. Had breakfast twice at this location and the service was consistently good!
Not THIS one anyway. I have NEVER written a bad review b4 but decided this was a worthy opportunity. Worst one yet. I arrived about 15 mins after opening. Ordered an Allstar breakfast (eggs, grits, waffle, bacon, toast, sweet tea out of OJ). Tea comes out first, not sweet, fine. She fixes it. 10 mins later Chelsea brings a large plate with eggs and a folded in half partly toasted piece of bread then disappears. thus place is very, very messy. service was slow. They have 3 people working. had to wait for a table to be cleaned off. the waffle house in Franklin was the same. I doubt I'll return again. waitress wasn't too friendly. people now are lining up with no place for them to sit.
