Don't go there expecting upscale cuisine. For me, I felt this particular Waffle House is the much better of the 2 in Bowling Green in the opposite sides of the 65 fwy.
Staff are awesome, friendly, and welcoming. The grits are the best I've had since we moved out here, buttery and smooth. Love the griddled biscuits, country ham and blueberry nougat in the waffles. Prices are excellent as well. $12 for a waffle, 2 eggs, grits, toast or biscuits and country ham. They also do a loaded hash brown or grits bowl I will try next time!

Waited 10 minutes at the front counter and no one came to give a menu or take our order. Everyone made eye contact. There was a lady named Sarah even washing dishes right in front of me, there were a lot of tables open. A few people came in after we waited 10 minutes with no food, menu or service and they instantly offered a menu and a drink.

Beware! Stopped here on a road trip and they added a unauthorized large tip to my card after I left.
Edit: The store manager AJ contacted me right away and took care of the situation, she was very nice and apologetic! I’ll be going back for sure!

We just arrived in Nashville to celebrate my husband's 70th birthday. We drove to Kentucky to stop for a bite to eat. When we walked in all the staff welcomed us ! After we had our delicious breakfast I asked one of the ladies if her staff could sing Happy Birthday to my husband! They all sang to him along with everyone in the restaurant!! He was so moved!! Thank you to our amazing waitress and the staff at the Waffle House!
