I went to grab wendy’s for dinner today sat in line while we were supposedly waiting for chicken and burgers to be done just to get a raw freaking patty!! ridiculous. It probably wasn’t on the grill for more than a minute!!

11/26/25 - I was embarrassed from one of the female staff and refused to get the food items from there that I have gotten in many other Wendy's in multiple states. I couldn't get meat patties due to my diet restrictions unless I ordered 6 single burgers and hold the bread and cheese. I just paid for my coffee drank it and left. Would not recommend a visit unless you want slow rude service. In my future work in the area I will plan to choose another establishment for lunch. I hope the service i experienced was just having a bad day and not how they do business everyday.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I’m writing this review as I sit in the drive thru line. Pick up the pace. It’s called FAST food for a reason.

Edit: now I’m at the window, and they don’t have 2 of the items that I ordered. The manager also says I can’t be refunded because I ordered through the app. I’ll be calling management or corporate in the morning. This place SUCKS!!!

I have ever rarely gotten food from Wendy's that was like it was freshly cooked. my food every time is either cold or barely even warm. You still love their Jr. bacon Brothers and their chili salad or talk whatever they call it. but if I buy a meal that's supposed to be hot or at least halfway hot then that's how I want to get it. I understand sometimes a place is busy. I get that but come on a cold burger is nasty, especially the fries and for what we pay for food today, I want to be able to enjoy it. if I don't I might as well have thrown my money in the garbage

Faster than normal but staff was not friendly acted like they could care less if they had our business. My dog travels with me a lot of the time hence why I do a lot of drive through restaurants and Wendy’s is about the only restaurant that will not sell burger patty’s only. They still charge you for full burger fixings and a bun. That is a total rip off to the consumers instead of five bucks for a patty McDonald’s sells them for 70 cents. Sad but true. So my trips to Wendy’s is far and few between.

I understand being short-staffed, but waiting 30 minutes for one sausage biscuit and hash browns when I am one of only two cars in the drive-through, and no one is dining in, is absolutely Mind-boggling.

if i could put no stars, i would. i had an encounter with a very rude & unpleasant worker whose name is laura or laurie, whatever. didn’t greet me, interrupted me during my order, & rushed me. not nice at all.
