The main manager was totally rude. I believe her name was Tonia. Her shirt said and bordered on there very rude to her employees. And I found this in my chili.

We literally sat in line for almost 10 minutes waiting on nothing but two Cinnabon pull aparts that takes a matter of 20 seconds to heat up! This store is so ridiculous and the workers are very disrespectful and rude!

The burgers are better than McDonald's in my opinion, the meat is more flavorful, I come here often and the crispy chicken BLT is one of my favorites, the place Is always clean and the staff are always nice to me, the frosty is also one of the best ice cream in fast food. I love this Wendy's

This place always has an issue with pickup orders and I want them to stop having an option for it if they won’t fulfill any orders. Such an unprofessional place can’t even operate correctly makes me wonder about management! It’s still the same after 3 months! How can my order go through and everything gets checked off and the money goes to you but my order isn’t found? Is this a scam!
Whats with the attitude? There's one manager there that's always so shitty any time we come. Then accused me of trying to steal drinks? I just wanted my order correct bro. Im not a theif.
The other manager is chill from What I've seen.

We placed a mobile order on the Wendy’s app for pickup. When we arrived, we were told the order didn’t come through to their screen. We showed them the order in the app, as well as the receipt, and the charge to our bank account. They stated they can’t make the order if it doesn’t show on their screen, told us to call the national number, and then very rudely called for the person behind us to help them. We left and then spent 30+ minutes on the phone to get a refund, and clearly no dinner in hand. If you see that someone has clearly paid for a mobile order, on the Wendy’s app, fulfill it! Or at least don’t be a jerk about it.

The woman working the counter on thur 7/31 at around 1ish pm was awesome. She had a great attitude and it was busy, but handled it like a champ. We need more workers like her!!

Let me begin by commending April and the professionalism she offers while ordering in drive thru and making payment! Excellent!
That however is where the excellence ends. The next customer contact at the second window is horrible and when you get cold food on top of that, well, it’s not worth a return visit on my opinion. Why give up on excellence at 9:30 each morning? Does lunch begin at 9:30? If not you should consider it because your cold breakfast isn’t good.

11:50 July 16 25. Lady was being rude and asking if that was it and trying to be pushy about us ordering more and say honey I hope you know there is gonna be a long wait and was rude. Sad that you fail at fast food
