the employees here are genuinely so miserable and hateful. i get that food service sucks bc i work in it too but there hasn’t been a single time where i’ve went to this location and not been treated like i’m the bane of their existence for ordering a combo lol. i’ve always been kind but they’re consistently rude and there’s no point in trying to get an incorrect order fixed bc they’ll look you dead in the face and give you the wrong thing twice. it has to be a management issue at this point

Food only decent because they are instructed to cook a certain way. The crew were under trained and the managers are horrible like the short funny built girl Alexis wouldn’t help the new employees but mainly the one who claims to be the general manager Jenni are extremely rude and unprofessional. Not to mention she claims to be in recovery finally but wants to be judgmental to other crew members fighting same battle she is. The entire atmosphere was horrible do not recommend dinning in here at Scottsville rd Wendy’s.

I just want to say that this store needs to learn how to communicate instead of yell. You aren’t gonna be able to keep employees if you continue to act that way. Respect the crew you have before you end up with worse. The lady at the front cash register took my order and was super sweet and helped me with everything I needed. I’m not sure what her name is but she has a bow in her hair and long brown hair. In my honest opinion she deserves a lot better treatment.
