White Castle always rocking it! Hardly ever have they EVER messed up anything and we been going there almost 20 years, I even seen them donate food to a homeless man walking through the drive thru!!

False advertising open 24 hrs.sign said open .only car there .drive thru refused service..didn't even say anything .immediately they said we not taking orders.looks like I go to Krystal's from now on

Went at about 8pm, ordered a family pack, took 25 minutes for them to serve 3 cars. Food was hot, but bland, the sliders didn't have any seasoning, the frys didn't have salt, and the chicken rings just tasted like breading. The onion rings were so so. The day after my stomach is killing me, the other 3 ppl had stomach and bathroom problems too, serve takes forever and it's just sliders fries and drinks for the most part. This is the 2nd sad experience at white castle, never will eat there again. I bet they would fail a health inspection. Also I don't think they sell enough so the food is spoiled when they cook it. Try stake and shake if u want better food. Was thinking about going there instead of white castle that night :(.

I've ate White Castle since I was a kid, atmosphere, smell, friendly service is the same today as it was 30 years ago. Love fast sliders while on the road, and nothing hits like the smell of a white castle when you walk through the doors, takes me back to being a kid excited for a crave case

The employees were nice and food was done quick, fresh to order. There were not many inside. There was plenty of parking. The jalapeño cheese and cheese sliders are my favorite. Cheese sticks, onion rings, and chicken rings are really good. The cost is great when feeding the whole family, just grab a crave case.
Put your night shift woes away, need a quick bite? Ran out of butter for your nightly eggs? Yea these guys got you with some good sliders instead. Actually good, nice crew

Follow up on last review. 52 minutes total at drive thru. 13 minutes after I paid. For 8 sliders. Person who finally gave us food had attitude would not recommend
Loved trying the 2 BBQ Pulled Pork Sliders with Triple Cheesy Tots, Pumpkin Latte Cheesecake On-A-Stick & 2 Different Halloween Sodas for my taste of my experience & it was all good & the others tried their meals & it was all good included & it's our first time to dine here in Bowling Green, KY location.
