Overall, the wings are pretty decent. The only thing that I really didn’t like is that they were very heavy handed with the lemon pepper. It really didn’t taste like lemon pepper, but salt pepper. They put so much on my boneless wings that they were almost inedible. I tried to scrape some of the seasonings off but the wings were still too salty! My mouth was zinging with every salty bite 😬!

The staff can’t handle the amount of pick up orders that come in. I stood at the counter with a huge line behind me for about 20 minutes just for them to tell us all that a dine in order would be over an hour.

Never eaten here but I’ve picked up numerous dashes from, and I think I’ll just go somewhere else(Popeyes or anything else) And it never ceases to amaze me how they never have any orders ready. There will be 20 people half of them waiting for a DoorDash and they can’t finish an order, and when they do the person is even there. Then they’ll just start another one before they can finish one. So don’t expect fast food. Not to mention everyone is just sitting around waiting I never actually ever see people eating here. Everyone is just looking around awkwardly waiting. I guess if you got DoorDash money just order it from the comfort of your own home don’t bother showing up to this establishment

These people were extremely rude. They made us wait 10 minutes to order our food and just stared at us standing in the front. When we arrived no one else was there. About 15 minutes later, other people started walking in and instead of getting us our food they prioritized their online orders instead. We had to wait over AN HOUR for our food. No one was wearing gloves, no one washed their hands, and they were all touching their hair. This is absolutely disgusting and outrageous. We will NEVER be back. You guys need a health inspection and some new attitudes.

tried wingstop for the very first time today and everything was cooked hot and fresh! the garlic parmesan and hawaiian boneless wings were amazing!!!! the louisiana voodoo fries were the best loaded fries i have ever had!!! also had excellent service!! thank you to the staff at wingstop for everything!

Disappointed with the food overall. Wayyy over-seasoned. I would have liked some chicken with the seasoning. The fries were burnt and over-seasoned, the same with the corn. There are way better options for wings in Bowling Green. I will never be a customer at Wing Stop again.

The management here should honestly be reconsidered. As someone who comes from a dad who managed for 30+ years, I am disgusted by the way this place is ran. Came to this place two times to have my order corrected...understaffed or not acknowledging customers is important. Being understanding is important. By these reviews I am not surprised. Hopefully corporate does something about this specific location.

Ordered online, came to pick it up, they said 5 more minutes. Then they said something had to be "redone" so we waited an additional 20 minutes while all our other food got cold. They didn't even remake the fries. Then we get home, and it looks like the fries were fry bits from the bottom of the bag. I just want my $65 back, we couldn't eat any of it.

We had gone ordered Wingstop online and when we had gotten there to pick up the order it was not ready when it said that it was supposed to be. We waited 45 minutes for what apparently only takes 8 mins to cook. Not happy with the service and will no longer be ordering from here again. If I need wings from now on, we will be going to Buffalo Wild Wings. Hopefully no one else has the experience that we had. Wingstop, do better.
