I came through at 7 pm and my order was made right and fast
Did a mobile order , seen how they gave our order to other customers.. made us wait in line for 10m and huh we still got the wrong stuff like bruh just made us wait for the wrong stuff no forks no napkins no sauces Honestly and every single time I go to a diferent once’s there’s always something wrong with the order

This use to be a good place to go the chicken strips are like nuggets now last time I was there they was more like a nugget a little bigger then a MC Donald's nugget but not by much price is very high now for these nuggets that should be strips a one inch strip or one and half inch strips. I told my husband they get any smaller there won't be a bite of them. They get smaller Everytime we go I haven't been back can't see paying 12.99 for chicken strips that are the size of a nugget. Not worth the price paid . It use to be very good I loved going there but not now. I stopped going because food is not the same at it was

Go to a different Zaxbys. This one doesn't represent what a Zaxbys restaurant looks like inside or out. Tables not cleaned. Needs to be closed or a total remodel. Only thing hot was chicken. Fries were cold. Bread was cold. Slaw was dry. Literally no juice in it. Tasted like raw cabbage. The worse experience we've ever had at a Zaxbys. We'll still go to Zaxbys but never this one again.

Gave this place 3 stars overall due to the cleanliness of the restaurant. The floor was basically covered in the invisible layer of grease so if you have trouble walking or standing, I'd use the drive thru. Also, the counter where your order is taken was covered with ants, so not sure if they were escaping the rain or around the ice cream machine that's next to the counter. We are from the west coast, so no Zaxbys and we googled Zaxby and the navigation took us here but there is one newer looking one that I saw but for some reason it did not come up. As for the food, it was ok I guess. I had wings (real ones, not the stupid nuggets they call wings) and chicken strips and fries to try the menu out. I thought the wings were on the small side so if you just want wings, I'd go to a wing place. Chicken strips were good and I had some of the sauce (can't remember which one). I received a piece of dry and stale tasting toast also, so not sure if it's supposed to be that way, but I tried it. My lady had a chicken sandwich and said it was good, but still can't beat Chick Fil A.

I ordered a box of wings with another item & I saw them put a box on the counter & it sat there for almost 10 mins & when my other food was done she put the dried out wings in my bag & when I said something about it she no she just put them here, I know what I saw & yep the wings are dried nasty

Maybe it was a bad day for the employees? very rude and when I told them they forgot the fries on my order you would of thought I was holding the place up in a robbery! Cold fries and rude employees ??

Requested for extra seasoning on the fries, they hardly had any. The break and fries were not hot and we were the first ones in the door.

This location can't get anything right except chicken and fries. They also won't refund you missing items either if you happen to get delivery. Please go to Cherry farm LN location instead. Service and quality there are much better
