Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

My chicken sandwich was hard and very old. I could definitely tell it had been well over the hold time. There was no tea, no coke.

Maybe it was a bad day for the employees? very rude and when I told them they forgot the fries on my order you would of thought I was holding the place up in a robbery! Cold fries and rude employees ??

Requested for extra seasoning on the fries, they hardly had any. The break and fries were not hot and we were the first ones in the door.

This location can't get anything right except chicken and fries. They also won't refund you missing items either if you happen to get delivery. Please go to Cherry farm LN location instead. Service and quality there are much better

HORRIBLE PLACE! We came in this morning and my daughter was getting herself ice for her drink and I happen to look inside her cup and saw a COCKROACH! They need to be shut down!

Mr beast box is worth the price for what u get but get a large drink!

No one in the restaurant but took forever to get our food. The restaurant was nasty. Every table was dirty and no one was cleaning them.

Waited 14 minutes for my order to be prepared, and when it was ready, it was cold and greasy!
The dining room was messy and dirty.
This was my first and my last time ever eating at Zaxby's as my experience there wasn't positive!

We were in the drive thru so atmosphere was not much to talk about. Service was fine, except she forgot to ask about sides. Food is always good at this store. It's a go to place for us if we are shopping and are ready to eat.

Parking: Not a lot of parking up front, but there is more in the back.

This place is not the same as it used to be. it’s cold food. got a piece of bread that was straight out the bag. Wings tastes like they been in the refrigerator i would rather just go to rasing canes. ? Poor customer service and they could care less if ur spending money on food they should be good! don’t eat here lol waste of money.
