Go to a different Zaxbys. This one doesn't represent what a Zaxbys restaurant looks like inside or out. Tables not cleaned. Needs to be closed or a total remodel. Only thing hot was chicken. Fries were cold. Bread was cold. Slaw was dry. Literally no juice in it. Tasted like raw cabbage. The worse experience we've ever had at a Zaxbys. We'll still go to Zaxbys but never this one again.

Gave this place 3 stars overall due to the cleanliness of the restaurant. The floor was basically covered in the invisible layer of grease so if you have trouble walking or standing, I'd use the drive thru. Also, the counter where your order is taken was covered with ants, so not sure if they were escaping the rain or around the ice cream machine that's next to the counter. We are from the west coast, so no Zaxbys and we googled Zaxby and the navigation took us here...

Maybe it was a bad day for the employees? very rude and when I told them they forgot the fries on my order you would of thought I was holding the place up in a robbery! Cold fries and rude employees ??
