Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Ordered for wrong time. Called, manager said he'd fix time no problem. Showed up. Was never processed or ready made me pay for a fresh order. Never refunded me the incorrect order. $25 for a mid salad but dressing was good .

came round 1pm on a monday. the big manager was there so i think that's why, but... all our food we got was fresh and perfectly seasoned. it was awesome. five stars for this food, tho the tables and bathrooms hadn't been checked when we came in, it seems

The fries were way too salty, it felt like a attempt on my life due to dehydration

Been here about three times and every time it’s a terrible experience. We always have to wait over twenty minutes in drive-thru regardless of amount of meals or cars in the parking lot. There is always something missing or wrong once we do get it. And the last visit my husband went back in to get his missing dressing packs for his salad, since their big salads come with two dressings he had asked for two when given one and the lady said she’d have to charge for a second. We haven’t risked going back since and if we ever crave Zaxby’s we go to Franklin.

Neither of the 2 tacos i ordered were prepared correctly. The chipotle one had chipotle sauce, tomato, and lettuce. It was supposed to have chipotle sauce, cheese, and pico de gallo. The avocado one had avocado ranch, cheese and lettuce. It was supposed to have avocado ranch, tomato, lettuce, & bacon.

The chicken bacon ranch fries had whole chicken tenders that i had to tear up by hand. The fries weren't done at all.

I am very disappointed and was looking forward to trying these new items. If you're going to offer limited time items, maybe you should make sure your workers know how to prepare said items. I would give a 0 if i could.

Food was blah, not hot or cold. Very small portions. Fries had no seasoning. Also Zaxby’s has changed their chicken. It is not great. I hate to say it but I think McDonald’s nuggets are better.The kids working were nice and did provide good service.Canes is so much better. The food is always fresh.

Drove from Scottsville and We ordered a 6 finger plate and paid for a 6 finger plate to get where we was going and find out we only had a 4 finger plate

It just ain't the same the breading on the chicken is like chewing a wet paper bag. Fries are barely seasoned if at all and soaked in grease like they scoop them out with a ladel as to a strainer. Worst chicken joint in BG.
