Since it’s re-opening this location has gone downhill as far as service goes. They ALWAYS get my order wrong, and it’s just me so my order is always just a single order. Latest example, go through the drive through this morning and order a big breakfast with hot cakes. Get all the way home and they forgot to include the sausage patty. That’s the last time I will ever spend a penny there.
Everything was hot and went down fine, that’s really all I care about.
Ordered curbside and waited 30 minutes. Went inside and was told the printer went down and they didn’t know what was what for orders. Maybe don’t clear the queue before you serve in an attempt to pad your metrics.
Waited another 15 minutes for them to make it right and was never offered a simple “sorry”. I am sympathetic as I also worked a McDonald’s as a teen, but there is no excuse for not owning up to mistakes. Any one could have looked out the window and...read full review
