THEY NOW AUTOMATICALLY ADD A TIP TO YOUR BILL!! A TIP IS A GRATUITY, SOMETHING YOU CHOOSE TO GIVE, NOT AN OBLIGATION!! HOW DARE THEY JUST TELL CUSTOMERS THEY WILL PAY A TIP JUST FOR BUYING A SANDWHICH!! IT WASN'T THE AMOUNT THAT ANGERED ME, BUT THEIR AUDACITY TO MAKE ME GIVE A TIP FOR NO REASON..IT WAS CARRY OUT! THERE WAS NO SERVER TO TIP, AND THE CASHIER AND KITCHEN HELP WERE DOING WHAT THEY GET PAID BY SUBWAY TO DO..ERGO, NO TIP!!!
Love the place and staff only real issues are they never take coupons, they did for a while take some but now they don't take any. You have to go to Irvington to use any coupons.
