the Kroger deli is the best!! just got the 24 pc box of fried chicken from the deli and it was great! you can't beat the price! bye bye KFC..the lady there deserves a big commendation for her hard work. she was alone , on Derby Day/Mother's Day and she was doing her best to handle it all..gotta love Kroger!
I typically self checkout. Making this choice means I do have to ASK for help when the register does something finicky. BUT, they're always super helpful, & mostly extremely nice! The attendant always gives my daughter stickers to put on her cheeks! 🤣

The store has issues with disorganized sales and a lack of open registers, causing slow checkout processes. However, staff like Andrew and Joyce are helpful, polite, and joyful, making customers' experiences better. When not busy, the store is clean and easy to navigate, and staff are friendly and helpful. Overall, Kroger is a decent shopping experience, but it requires patience and understanding of its limitations.
