The service was very slow and lacking, too! We waited in line for 30 minutes and ended up receiving a diet coke instead of the regular coke that I ordered! We have been using this McDonald's for breakfast for years and I would normally not have anything bad to say. However this morning we went through the drive thru and tried using an app code, that we use very often, and tried to order a muffin sandwich and a steak bagel sandwich. The person taking our order states that we can not use the code for the bagel. I had just used this same code the day before for the exact same order, so I said yeah it works I just used it. This restaurant gets too much business for its location. It’s a small town and it’s preferred by the area. They have a high turn over rate. They are struggling with the extra orders from door dash ect as well they need to just add another in the area possibly put one in vine grove which is between Radcliffe and Brandonburg there is plenty on open land between the two
