My husband and daughter went to subway today 1/24/25 and I wanted my sandwhich on flatbread and I wanted it TOASTED. and I wanted it toasted such that it was a little crispy on the edges. This lady refused to toast a sandwich that WE PAID FOR. Something about it would not be flatbread if it’s toasted. What?? I wanted it how I wanted it. Visited on 11/25/2023 around 2:30pm. Crew was friendly, attentive, and efficient. Made excellent sandwiches with the proper amount of ingredients. Store was clean and orderly. Subway restaurants are usually decent but this one is top notch. Not what I was expecting in Brandenburg!

Vegetarian options: Plenty of non-meat options and egg is available all day despite what their app says.

THEY NOW AUTOMATICALLY ADD A TIP TO YOUR BILL!! A TIP IS A GRATUITY, SOMETHING YOU CHOOSE TO GIVE, NOT AN OBLIGATION!! HOW DARE THEY JUST TELL CUSTOMERS THEY WILL PAY A TIP JUST FOR BUYING A SANDWHICH!! IT WASN'T THE AMOUNT THAT ANGERED ME, BUT THEIR AUDACITY TO MAKE ME GIVE A TIP FOR NO REASON..IT WAS CARRY OUT! THERE WAS NO SERVER TO TIP, AND THE CASHIER AND KITCHEN HELP WERE DOING WHAT THEY GET PAID BY SUBWAY TO DO..ERGO, NO TIP!!!
