“My wife had the filet and I had the 16 oz ribeye, both were delicious. The staff was very friendly, waitress and kitchen staff. I am in a wheelchair and had no problems getting in and around inside. The chef came out to make sure everything was cooked to order. We will definitely be back.”

“Our experience on this particular day was great!
I think our server was Tina. She was friendly and kept drinks refilled, asking if we needed anything several times.
Our food arrived in a reasonable amount of time.
My husband had the beef Manhattan, my son had a burger & potato salad and I ordered a pork chop. It was one of the most flavorful pork chops I'd ever eaten.
The prices were reasonable and they have a large variety of main dishes & sides.
The only thing I think would help is nice music in the background for the customer, since it was very quiet the day we went.
We'd definitely return.”

“Best restaurant pancakes we've ever had. Very friendly service and low prices compared to everywhere else. Their food is actually made there and it is not manufactured. For example, their pancakes and burgers. Our kids said that these were the best bacon cheeseburgers they'd ever had. They even made our kids burgers for breakfast.”

“I would absolutely recommend Kips. The service is always amazing and super friendly. My family eats there at least once a week and I’ve never had a complaint until today. I wasn’t super hungry so I ordered myself a crispy chicken salad. It was absolutely horrid. How can something as simple as a salad be horrid you ask. It came with lettuce and breaded chicken but nothing else on it is normal salad foods. There were pepperoncini, mushrooms, pepperonis, olives, and mozzarella cheese. Hey, did someone get a pizza with tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, and cheddar cheese? I believe I got someone’s pizza toppings on my salad. No? I’m extremely upset. I paid $10 for this. I think people should be warned about the ingredients because it’s so weird. Not what I was expecting. And now all members of my family are full and I’m still starving. Highly disappointed.”

“Kids at least 5 of them running thru restaurant and going back and forth to buffet. Getting large plates of food and wasting everything. Food piled up on table and in the floor. Get a whole plate of macaroni n chez and everything else wasting it all. Running back 4 more. Brownies same way. Parents not caring about their behavior.

Kid-friendliness: They needed attention brought to their behavior and limit on times to buffet. Dirty little hands going thru buffet not using tongs. Parents fault more than the children.”

“As someone who eats here regularly I can tell you the sweet tea is hit or miss as is the sushi at times. The chicken, rice and noodles are consistently delightful. I typically don’t stray from what I know is good so I consistently order the same things and am always happy. Also their soup and salad has always been good”

“My experience I get chicken. It's delicious! The only thing I have an issue with is and it's not bad is buying a drink. You have to get a drink unless you get the combo. They have the meals or it could be vice versa but you don't get drinks with them for that price. But they are very pleasant there and clean and the food is delicious”

“The line was to the door when I got there. Those girls were working hard and it was easy to see that they should be hot and stressed. But they greeted me with a smile. Their teamwork was obvious and management should be very proud of them. People kept coming in and they still had a line of people coming in when I left.
