surprisingly good roadside Mexican. nice welcoming team for a flock of roadtrip weirdos. lots of variety, good flavors all around. we had chips, salsa, guac; veggie fajitas (shrooms, 2 kinda of squash), a "queso" veggie burrito, Mexican coke. they had jarritos. we were to full for churros.

Kind of dark and dreary. Almost didn't stop because it looked closed and uninviting. Once I got inside it felt dim and cold like a cave but other than that the staff and food were excellent. I recommend just give it a chance. I was just passing through. I'm not local
Vegetarian options: I enjoyed the bean burrito amigo, and my husband enjoyed the vegetarian chimichanga. We liked it so much we didn't bother looking for another option our second night in town. The chips and salsa were also good.

This place is pretty awesome and the service was great and super fast!!! We didn't have to wait for anything and our food came out hot and good portion sizes. The menu was large and the prices were reasonable for your typical Mexican restaurants. Our server was very friendly and super attentive, we'll definitely be back again when we are visiting the caves in the late summer ?Kid-friendliness: Great for families

This place was amazing. Never have I ever eaten dinner, then ordered more as carryout to eat later that night. Every dish we tried was incredible. Ate here two nights in a row.
Food was good. Service was good. Reasonably priced. Ate there 2 times in the 3 days we were nearby. Same both times even with the 12 of us.

I wasn't sure how good this spot would be, but I was pleasantly surprised. The quesabirria tacos were amazing and the consomé had great flavor. Carnitas, chimichanga and molcajete were also very good.

We were pleasantly surprised by this terrific place: delicious, authentic Mexican food with fast and friendly service in an unpretentious, family-friendly atmosphere. The owners are gracious hosts and our waitress was charming. Portions are huge and prices are very reasonable. Two people would do fine with a shared app & shared entree, or order an entree each and plan to take leftovers for tomorrow’s lunch.
