Enjoyable restaurant with good Mexican food. The guacamole and pico was perfect. The salsa seemed peppery, would have preferred a little more jalapeño flavor, but good nonetheless. The carnitas plate was very good. Husband ordered something that came with a taco, tostado, tamale, enchilada and rellano. We both left with leftovers for later. Very affordable too.
My uncle is in the nursing home in Burkesville and he wanted a burrito. I went to El Ray's and they fixed him up a burrito real quick! I've eaten here before when I'm in the area. They always have good food and awesome service!

Showed up at 11am on saturday when they suppose be open door is locked no cars in parking lot and sign on door says open poor costumer service first time ever here. Follow up review the service is spotty depending on who you get to serve you and the food is good for being the only option in town it's worth it if you are in town and are craving Mexican food otherwise I wouldn't go out of my way to go here.
