Although the inside of the building itself is clean and it has nice decorations and the atmosphere seems inviting , as soon as you get to the counter the manager clearly does not want to take your order does not welcome you at all just says is this going to be for here or to go? ...in an awful tone.. everyone is entitled to bad days and that is why I'm not going to mention any names, although I should because then maybe the bad behavior would stop and other people wouldn't have similar experiences, while we waited for our food for only a few minutes when we got it we were missing our fries and we didn't even want to tell her because we didn't want to deal with her attitude although I had a receipt, we just left without our fries because we did not want to deal with it we already felt really uncomfortable

I got two regular roast beef and if I got 5 that would make 1 in southern Kentucky. They were not good and looked like a steam roller went over them. So disappointed.

I just pulled this out my bag and thought they spilled out, but no they’re purposely filling fries like this. He said “there is a new guy on the fry station” I came on here to call them and then another review from three months ago said the same… Is it coming out their paycheck, damn.

There really wasn't any other customers inside, but the food we ordered was made right. It was good. Better than some other Arby's locations..
