Nearly choked on the chicken. Either the chicken was days old or the grease really needs to be changed. The fries tasted off as well. Online order doesn’t have a code to submit my feedback.

I would give less than one if possible. I have gotten some bad food from drives through, but tonight may have topped it. Completely inedible trash. This food looked, felt, and rated like something that had been sitting out for over an hour. I've worked fast food, I would have been embarrassed to serve this to a customer.

Roast beef isn't hot like it used to be. Buns are hard and should be steamed a little.

To busy arguing about who was going to take our order. Surely you can find better staff. Restaurant was freezing cold. Food was actually pretty good. Poor service and ice cold restaurant ruined the experience.

Actually went thru the drive thru at this location and was greeted by a a nice worker that seemed to be above par for the average fast food worker. They got me my drink pronto. They made sure to ask me if I Needed anything like sauces, and they put napkins in my bag. They were kind. That right there has 95 percent of the competition beat in the dust. Then I got my turkey ranch bacon market fresh sandwich and they made it how I ordered it. Right on target. Perfect execution took all of about 60 secs. Bam

I pulled over in the parking lot and smashed that sandwich. Best damn samich ive had in atleast a couple months.

Respect. Across the board. Top notch. I review a good deal of drive thru operations. And this was on point.

The place has been remodeled and updated a little bit, it looks way better than it did a few years ago. They now offer a $6.99 meal deal, which is great for anyone looking for an affordable lunch time choice different than your everyday $10.00 burger only choices.

I had a bad experience at this Arby’s. The manager was rude from the start, asking “in or out?” with an attitude like she hated her job and the customers. After we ordered, she didn’t say thank you or anything polite. When she handed us the cup, her fingers were inside it, which was very unhygienic. On top of that, the sandwich was ice cold, like the meat came straight out of the freezer. I’ve never seen such bad behavior from a store manager before.
