I had previously stopped going there for two months because an employee yelled at me for grabbing my bag before they hand it to me (I hag paid online)
Then today we went again because it's closer to my house and was short on time. My three kids and I went to dinner after they got out of school and while I was throwing the trash away my 9 yo started pushing my 1yo in the highchair, and I immediately started correcting her, telling her to stop. She wanted to help I guess in her own way. She started pushing the chair to the corner to store it, she lift it for 3 seconds witch I said stop. Then the lady there by the counter got close to her and pointing at her started yelling at her face "hey you can't do that!!".. (my 9 yo) I definitely know my daughter was wrong, I was already correcting her, and as someone that works in the restaurant industry let me tell you there are ways to talk to children, specially other people's children.
I got furious and told the lady "hey, you don't talk to my kid that way!" And she told me she couldn't do that which I replied "I know, I was telling her, but dont talk to my kid that way!" I was livid! I feel so bad but man. My kids were not screaming or running around like savages or destroying the place. And for an employee to be getting in my daughters face it's something I don't ever want to experience again
This location just keeps going downhill. Place is absolutely filthy, garbage is overflowing, employees are "less than enthusiastic" and the food was cold and chewy. Never again.

Ordered online and by the time we got there to pick up the order which was 5 minutes after it should have been ready by, it wasn’t even done yet. When we got home finally with the food, I had ordered a burrito, which apparently got changed to a bowl somehow, with half the stuff I ordered not even being in it. When I had started to eat my food, that I already was disappointed in, I ran into 5 large chunks of fat from the barbacoa, NO MEAT WHAT SO EVER!! I paid extra for that and got basically something inedible. Extremely disappointed, don’t recommend ordering online at this place. 🤦♂️

Probably have more Chipotle-related issues here than anywhere else I've been. Running out of stuff, hard rice, etc. There are a few sweet ladies here but honestly I have memories of a lot of crappy attitudes here too so I don't recommend this location over others.

Staff is rude and made us sign into the app vs use the screenshot of our reward. I don't always have signal so I did that in advance and they refused it. All for low quality, expensive food? Yeah, I'm rushing to return 🙄

Terrible! There was 1 person then a group of 3 people in line ahead of us and it took the workers 20 minutes to scoop all their food, then when I was ordering I asked for no beans but the worker still put them on the tortilla and when I corrected him he just scooped some beans off and left a lot still on the tortilla, the next person in line ordered and they didn’t heat up his tortilla

I had chipotle soup apparently. It was super watery and tasteless.
There was at least 3 hours to their closure time, their sofritas were dried and maybe couple gr left at the bottom of the container. She saw it and scraped barely a half of the spoon and act liked nothing is wrong. I expected a professionalism and bring some more fresh from back but no. When I asked her “thats it??” in complete shock. 2 workers laughed.They called for manager. Manager said I have to wait for 30-40 minutes for fresh batch. Didnt even apologize. Ofcourse we left.
