I hate that this chipotle is closer to me than the better ones this chipotle is unbelievably bad. I’ve gone time and time again to be disappointed every single time. Today I went in the girl making my bowl did good but the chips were super undercooked and oversalted. My sister got queso and a bowl and they filled it halfway. It’s not cheap give her what she paid for. I worked for a chipotle before and I understand how to do the job. It is not that hard. The cashier was incredibly rude and was basically glaring at me wish I knew the name of the cashier who was incredibly rude, but please go to the dream st chipotle if you want good food. Don’t waste your time at this one.

The food was alright . Very soggy and wet . They didn’t wrap my burritos and everything fell out . The place was absolutely terrifying . I was scared to touch anything I didn’t wanna contract and disease , it was disgustinf and the workers even looked dirty . Looks like no one cleaned in years .

I've tried to give this location chances but after 5 times of having inedible & sloppy food - i'm done. Everytime I've been there the workers seem untrained, confused & rude. One girl gave me literally half of a spoon of rice so i asked for extra rice she did the same thing so i had to ask her why she was only giving me tip of the spoon of rice when im going to get charged for extra? the burrito was SO TINY it was mainly just tortilla & it was around $10-$15 for one burrito?? Food was also very bland.
not to mention how DIRTY the place is. The place where the workers are making ur food it was COVERED in sauces, juices, & things from other peoples food. all & i mean ALL the tables were dirty, had trash on them, previous customers cups/bowls on them still, the floor was dirty & sticky. lettuce, beans & rice all over the floor. the soda station also filthy, sticky, trash everywhere. the garbage was overfilled you couldnt even throw ur trash away without the overflow of trash spilling onto the floor. Once the line of customers were gone i thought maybe the workers would start to clean up but no they just stood in the back & some even made themselves food & sat in the filthy garbage infested seating area with the rest of the customers. I will literally go out of my way to avoid this place from now on. I will drive to hebron or go all the way to florence. Do yourselves a favor & avoid this place also.

This place has gone so far downhill, the staff looks miserable and is usually untrained and the entire place is disgusting. Food all over every table during lunch hours garbage cans are full, drink area is covered in God knows what. Even the line where they make your food doesn't get wiped down and is constantly covered in food that we can only guess is from the same day. Save yourself time and go to literally any other chipotle.

I gave this review this way because my food tasted fine however the guy on the line making my food put THREE SCOOPS of rice in my bowl and was adding my toppings like it was coming out of his check. I'm pretty sure he was counting the fajita pepper slices as he slowly released them from the tongs across the bowl. This may be my last time at this chipotle (which i eat at probably 2-3 times a week). I will go to another location and if i still get this kind of service I'll quit chipotle altogether and go to BIBIBOP.
