We ordered online with the Chipotle App and the payment service wasn’t working. My girlfriend and I don’t like to complain, but we were charged without an order.

The manager and employee at the cash register were quick to help and figured out the situation without hesitance! If you like Chipotle, Burlington chipotle is ur only hope. 5 stars

I really like coming to this location in general. The food is good, I'll ask for double meat and they usually never hesitate. Customer service is great, never had a problem. The only thing I would change is the music is loud.

Super clean, when I walked in they were scrubbing the place down, not just cleaning, scrubbing. Gentlemen who served me gave great service (I unfortunately did not catch his name but he had medium short black hair). Will return more frequently.
