We usually order 1x wk from this establishment. Every time I walk in they always welcome everyone in. Their food is always fresh and hot. The lady manager was very nice when I asked if they were hiring. Thanks to the employees and managers that work at this store! I hope y’all’s continue being Amazing!

I ordered two pizzas. One of the pizzas was incorrect. I asked if I could recieve a credit for said pizza. The man mumbled into the phone while talking with someone else. Eventually he said a credit was applied to my account, but I cannot really say if there is indeed a credit because it kinda seemed it was said so the phone call would end after not being able to completely understand him.

I always have mixed emotions about this place, sometimes the service and orders are accurate, sometimes they are not. I was once even told I would get a $15 credit for my inconvenience. Didn't happen. This is the Latonia Domino's, not Burlington.
DO NOT GO HERE! This is hands down the worst Domino’s experience I’ve ever had. I placed an order and waited 15 minutes before going in to check — the guy tells me it’ll be ready in 10 minutes. I waited another 20+ minutes, only to find out he hadn’t even started working on it. Meanwhile, he wasn’t preparing any pizzas at all (as clearly shown in the pics I took), and just stood around doing nothing.
Another customer, a young woman, also waited so long that she gave up and asked for a refund. Something was seriously off — the employee was moving slowly, seemed completely out of it, and honestly looked like he was high or on something.
Avoid this place at all costs. If you value your time, your patience, and decent customer service, go literally anywhere else

They always get youre order right wich is awsome considering we all know how door dash is. The food is good and the staff has always been helpfull whenever ive ever had an issue and the delivery drivers have always been nice plus the price aint bad
