Take out pizza not cut all the way thru, order was wrong, when paying card reader keep adding a tip I was told pizza would be ready in 20 minutes I arrive in 15 minutes but had to wait a additional 25 minutes one pizza was burned and one not sliced thru had to recut pizza was not the usual it was just ok very disappointing as donatos is our favorite place for pizza this was 2nd time in a month where I had some type problem one wrong order when I got home and now this problem might try LaRosa next time

Upon arriving parking lot was empty. Walked inside was not greeted but was smacked in the face with massive heat. When approached by employee, said employee confessed to not having air conditioning in the area for customers. When ordering, employee stated they did long offer fountain drinks so the combo meals were no avaliable but they were on the menu. Employee stated they do not have upgraded menus. Employee seemed annoyed to even have us be there. We wanted dine in but had to do take out due to hot atmosphere in customer areas.

Food was good. A little well done on the underside of the cheesebread. Very friendly staff and I was helped right away. My gripe is this; how do you have a sit -down pizza place with no fountain drinks anymore in a newly renovated space?

Horrible service. Got sidelined for a group that came in after I had already ordered. Pizza was not done all the way and was cold when I received it due to the wait I experienced. Also, pizza was not cut all the way.

I did not think of a review at the time but 12/24/2015 we lost my father... He had been in the hospital several weeks and lost his fight Christmas eve. To say we were lost just doesn't do justice to the grief. My mother is deeply rooted in tradition so every year she had always been prepared. Not this year. We left St E around 630p just emotional and lost. Mom says oh my I didn't get Christmas ham or anything. We couldn't find anything open as we headed to moms in hebron... Then all lite up was Donatos. I thanked the staff for being there that day but just wanted to say thank you publicly. I know everyone wants to be home with their family but that day it meant everything to us that they were working. God bless.

The interior was filthy..all tables but one had not been cleaned. The keyboard of the clerk at the checkout counter was nasty. They were all out of syrups except for one for their drink machine. Napkins laid on counter in a bag instead of loaded into napkin dispenser. No paper towels in bathroom. The pizza itself was good but this store was poorly managed

Don’t order and expect your food to be ready when it’s supposed to be. I had to cancel both my last orders for exact opposite reasons. The first i stood around for 15 minutes after ETA only to be told they hadnt even started it then today i show up 5 minutes after and they gave my food away to the previous customer and asked if i wanted to wait while they remake the order. No compensation offered.

We are done eating here. This place is nothing more than a hangout for thugs. We place an order to pick up at a certain time. One part of the order was ready. When the person at the drive-through windows asked about my breadsicks, I heard someone yell profanity because we were 5 minutes early. As we were leaving, I found out where the filthy voice came from. It was outside the back of the building where there were 3 to 4 employees sitting around and smoking. Never again will I order from this place!

Chain pizza that is actually okay. Ingredients are fresh and the pizza is flavorful, yet not greasy. A bit more crisp and cheese may bring the pizza to the next level. Next time I may ask for extra crisp and extra cheese. That may be a winner. Overall. Better than the large chain pizza places for sure. Just not quite on par with some local places I enjoy more that are located a ways north of here.
