Donatos is my absolute favorite pizza. I’ve lived in the area for 2 years and ordered from this location at least 20x. Most of the time the issue is just the delivery time but the pizza is still fine but the last two times I’ve ordered, the delivery time is just as awful as the food. Tonight it was not even remotely warm. It’s just too expensive to keep getting a mediocre experience at best.

This was my second time at this location, and it will be my last! I went inside to place my order, and I only waited 10-12 minutes, which was great! What wasn't great was the pizza and bread sticks! ?I got home and the bottom of the bread sticks were burned, as were many pieces of the pizza!They both tasted average! Spending 30.00 for 2 items to be burned, and just taste fair, is not my idea of a good meal!

Order is always correct and on time. The meatballs are the absolute best thing on the menu. The Serious Cheese pizza is awesome, I am normally all about the toppings but this might be their best pizza.

For myself I found the pizza just ok. I think it primarily was the flavor and that starts with the sauce. It was well topped however. Above average from other pizza places that tend to skimp on them. Try it for yourself - you may like them better then I did.

I will never order from here again. This is the second time we have order subs and bread and someone has gotten sick. On September 16th my husband and I ordered subs and the cheese garlic bread, and we both got cold sandwiched when we ordered hot ones, and so much dressing you couldn’t eat it. The bread was way undercooked. I had the chicken, bacon ranch sub and this is now the second time I am sick with food poisoning… never again. This location need some serious help. Avoid at all costs! I spent all day yesterday and still today sick. Vomiting, headache, fever, and my stomach hurts so bad…like I said never ever again!
I hate thin crust and they didn't ask what kind of crust I wanted taste was ok tho I did t get any napkins or plates didn't notice till I was gone and I ordered onions and didn't get them
One of the better pizza joints in my opinion. Great sauce and toppings set them apart. Prices are a bit higher but they have a convient pick up window that allows you to avoid a bs 5 dollar delivery fee plus tip. I know I can pick up from other places but getting out of the car isn't a great option for me. I like their window idea the best, other pizza places should follow suit. It just works best to click a few buttons on my phone and pick up on the way home. Service wise they are not bad but we have had missing items and wrong toppings sometimes. When we ask, they always correct it, but really ahouldnt happen at all, just need to tighten it up some. Atmosphere I can't say for sure as I've never been inside, but outside is pretty clean. Usually this is our go to for pizza if we choose. Introduced this to some family from south america and they were pretty impressed with the flavor as well. I'd say that's a pretty good compliment.

Visited the Burlington location on 7/1/2023This place is dirty and disgusting. I made a complaint on their website about two months ago and thought I would go back to see if they made any changes. Needless to say I will never go back to this location again! The drive thru window looks like it has never been cleaned just as the kitchen. The floors and everything in the area was disgusting. Looked like black grease running down the wall from the ceiling where the food was placed for pick up. The employees were dirty too. Guys with long dirty fingernails gross! Dirty clothes and aprons! I ordered a pizza and party twist. Both were under cooked. The party twist were not edible. The middle was still doughy, way under cooked. As someone else mentioned in another review employees don't like to come to the drive thru window they walk by like you're not there. This location is horrible I would not recommend this location to anyone!

The pizza did not look appealing as the veggies are under cooked and not enough cheese to accommodate . However I appreciate the customer service I received. I Showed up 14 minutes before closing and had been in search for last minute food close to home. The gentleman at the window was super kind to get my order and and offer to take an order of whatever I wan. 10 minutes later he brought out the pizza and was very nice. I just wish the Veggies were cooked.
