Guthrie's Golden Fried Chicken Fingers And Signature Sauce

The chicken was cold. The fries were cold. The chicken strips were bite size. I got a four piece for me and a three piece for my friend. I remember when this place was so good I don’t know what happened to it.

I came in around 3:20-3:30 and had met two of nicest people, James and Niki. I instantly felt comfortable and taken care of. Everything was super straight forward and the food was delicious!

Drive thru person said they were closed at 835 when the website says 9 went to front door saw the signs on someone mopping when walked up to the door the lady turned around and pretends not to see you . Door was locked. Went to kfc instead won’t be coming back with the rude crackheads working

Terrible service at the Fairhope Alabama location. Waited 10 minutes in the drive though (I was the only car) only to be shorted all the ranch I asked for (the main reason I went there in the first place). Then had to drive all the way back to get what i ordered. Nearkg an hour total i will spend on this meal. I was also told I couldn’t put the shredded cheese that comes on the sandwich on my fries as well. What? Whatever. You need employees that actually pay attention and care. Will not be back, I don’t care how good the ranch is.

I don’t mind waiting for food in the drive through, but when I’m the only one in line at 11 a.m. on a Sunday 5/25, and I’m served uncooked fries/chicken, it’s unacceptable, lazy.

Visited today for lunch. We thoroughly enjoyed the meal. The food was fresh and hot. The staff was fast and efficient. I think they will give Zaxbys and Chik-fil-a some competition.

Food so cold that the french fries had actually started to change their consistency like they do after they've been sitting for 45 minutes actually afraid to eat my food so I didn't because I was afraid I'd get sick from the food sitting out for so long but this was supposed to be fresh right no! Sad too because we actually eat here a couple times a month , buyer beware before you drive off check the temperature of your food!! Didn't get the order right either we asked for double bread we got double coleslaw

We were helped my Josh and his team! They all did amazing super friendly super kind best service I’ve had in the tristate went above and beyond not only for me and my party but others dinning in! They all work so hard and deserve every bit of recognition. May our good Lord and savior Jesus bless each of them amen and the establishment of Guthrie felt as if I was eating my grandmothers cooking delicious food and sauces no complaints 1000/1000 better than Slim chickens. If I may request please add fried pickles! 🙏🏽 ✝️❤️
