Penn Station East Coast Subs

Used to be one of my go to places. Today I got home with my order to find very burnt fries. No more.

My wife and I both split a sandwich Monday and both got food poising tried to call the restraunt for them to make it right and they did nothing for us and acted like we were making it up or had a stomach bug. We know the difference we have 3 kids. And we're re not ones to complain but we will not be going back here again. Food poison is one thing, but then the amount of meat they put on there sandwich I don't know how there was enough bacteria on there to have us both sick for 12 hours. It's a shame we use to love this place.

Had a lunch date with my dad ( which I recommend with ur parents they won't be here forever) workers all of them were kind and sweet. Fresh hot food made the way we asked for. They all said bye when we left. All the Penn stations are amazing in florence area. . Even made my food right again when a different store didn't hear me. Only complaint wish it wasn't so expensive 🤣😂 I should work there. 😂

Eaten here tons of times but never remembered to review it. This chain is my favorite, always fresh and fast, nice staff. Do a Pickup order and expect 15 minutes or so. In-store orders get backed up since everything is made fresh which for some reason makes people upset in these other reviews, this isn't Subway and we go here for a reason!

The food... just wasn't good. And it seems like the grease is old

I like this store. It is clean, food is made well and the guys in there are really nice. Don't go anywhere!

Glad this place keeps management and teenagers that are rude and unprofessional that put there harrass on and try to fight customers...Goes to show how this store is ran..waste of money and time...Pay more for less too

I came in round noon on 1/18/25 and their card reader wouldn't take my giftcard. We checked the balance and it definitely had at least $11 left on it but it kept declining. The 3 lovely ladies working cash and fry were so helpful and sweet and ended up just discounting it and got me my food. I always feel bad for young adults working in food because people can be so hostile, especially for stuff that's out of human control but they handled the situation well and with confidence and this is definitely my new go to Penn station

....Staff will talk down to you...they are normally just rude...Not worth the time or money..havent been here in a year....I can see why it doesn't get business...Crew is unkept and unprofessional ... Sad this is at penn station...feels like a McDonalds crew...people with face piercing's talking to customers like they arent coming to buy food
