One of our favorite lunch spots. The people working here always kill it for us. Sometimes it's hard to not want to take a nap afterwards. Try the cookies! Delicious! Even the cheesy bread was incredible!

Placed an online order, was not given half of my order. When brought up to their attention, they told me I was wrong. Is it wrong that a Monthly Special comes with a drink and fries? According to the menu, no, I was not wrong. Understanding it is busy, but take time to listen to your customers before you have no more. Can’t even complain or get my money back since no one will listen. Very disappointed, has gone down hill so much.

I ate there Sunday. I was given the wrong order. The employee switched sandwiches and fries with another person. I didn’t realize that the person that received my food had dug through it with her fingers to remove the onions. The employee was told that the person had dug through it, but she gave it to me anyway. I’ve been waiting to hear back from the general manager. Not very impressed with them getting back to me. Have also reached out to corporate in an email have not heard from them. I did report them to the board of health. You need to do better.

Love it, but they really need a light up OPEN sign. I guess the employees park around back? It’s really hard to tell they are open when the lot is empty, the windows reflect the outdoors and they just look closed.So many places have half a55 hours these days, it’s great that Penn Station keeps real hours but they should get that OPEN sign to help make it clear.
