Went in today for my typical pizza hoagie and got to meet the regional manager, Andrew. Super fast, personable, and fun to chat with. Snappy definitely has quality management and leadership. Also, the food is always incredible.

Food was good. Service was so so... Pizza was made sitting on warmer rack, had wait another 20 minutes for the pepperoni rolls to be made.

Yestarday I went shopping for the first time, honestly the pizza was average, the best thing was the attention that I received from the person who took my order, she was very kind and attentive. I hope to return soon.

My sandwich was cold. Took it back they credited me & made me another sandwich and that sandwich was also cold. But manager Ashley was the sweetest ever

We odered pizza at 8:15 and was given a 35 minute delivery time. I called after 9 to say we could come and pick it up if they were busy. We were told "no the driver will be out, he's getting ready to leave." He didn't show up until 10:20 (time stamp is also on the camera). He was nice and apologized saying he was the only driver. Pizza was cold and he agreed and said he didn't want to take it back but would refund the money. They closed at 10 so no one answered. The next day the manager said the driver can't make those decisions and no refund would be given. She was rude and said it wasn't her fault they were busy.
