I had no idea this stire location was so close to me. No expectations going in. Bathroom was incredibly clean. As was the rest of the store. I even commented to the gentleman making my fiod how nice his store looked. Sub was great . Thanks

I went to eat at this subway and really wish I hadn't the people there didn't speak English and the food was so bad there. If I hadn't been driving in the opposite direction I would have demanded a refund I bought a12 inch sub chicken teriyaki and a bag of chips the bread was stale there was probably a half scoop of chicken on the whole 12 inches it was horrible I usually feed my dogs my left overs not today even they wouldn't eat this and I wouldn't expect them to

I ordered an All American but received a Club. My spouse ordered a ft long Italian BMT received 2 pieces of: ham, pepperoni, salami....sandwich is all bread. Last review I left was 5 stars for this location but based on this experience I will not be back.

Very little fillings on samdwiches...
All bread. Ive never been to a subwsay so chintzy on thier sandwiches for such a high price. Order packed in used wrinkled kroger bag. Not going back...will stick to my favorite subways.

This is by far the worst sub way!
My sandwich was supposed to have turkey, cheddar, green peppers, cucumber, pickles,lettuce.
I received turkey, shredded Mexican cheese from Kroger,lettuce, pickles. I had to add more of my own toppings to make this sandwich edible!
Never again!

Owner operates like pinching penny's, always tries to skimp on everything from food items to napkins. Some food items are not as fresh as should be.

My experience wasn’t so good when I asked for cheese they didn’t put that much I asked for more and it finally looked like a normal amount of cheese and still wanted to charge me for extra. I said that doesn’t look right and she pulled the cheese right off. Skimpy with the amount I’d say

We placed an order in the app but when we got there they said they didn’t have it. I provided the online paid receipt that I received after placing the order but the lady behind the counter said she will not make the order until it prints off behind the counter. Well, I showed her my paid online receipt with complete order along with the text of the charge to my credit card from my bank for the order. She had me step aside and wait. Then about 10 minutes later she comes back and says still no print off and she will not make it. I asked to speak to a manager and of course she said he’s out of town. She did not have a name tag on but she is the one who is always there. She doesn’t speak good English and is very rude. This location skimps on toppings and we know that but decided to go there today because it is close to home. Anyway, I asked how do I get my money back and she told me to call corporate and call my bank. Needless to say they lost us as customers. Be aware they have no problem taking your money but wont give you the food you have a paid receipt for if it doesn’t print off behind thier counter.

Food is mid, service is pretty awful. They keep messing up orders on purpose clearly. If you go here a lot and get the same thing orders shouldn’t be messed up. Read the ticket and what it says to put on it, that’s it right?
