“We were going through Cadiz on a Saturday so we stopped in for a late lunch. It was after 1:30 pm , but the restaurant was quite full. We had to wait about 10 minutes for a table. You could tell they were busier than normal. The lady that came up after me was upset because she had been calling for 10 minutes for a take out order and she couldn't get anyone to pick up the phone. Thankfully all the large tables had their food when we ordered so it only took about another 10 minutes to get our food. The barbeque was good, the shoestring fries were excellent

The reviews were spot on accurate; it was packed, very southern style food, nostalgic, “smoking or non-smoking areas, and a great break from the same old chain food.”
