We eat here a lot. The servers are great and the food is terrific! The managers go out of their way to accommodate our needs.

Ordered soft scrambled but received fried hard eggs. Ordered hash browns with onions but received hash browns with NO onions. My son ordered Mommas pancakes with pecans. Instead the waitress brought him Grandmas pancakes with NO pecans. The manager stated she wasn’t going to charge us for our meals yet I was charged. Bottom line is This was a bad meal and worse experience.

This place is horrific!! After over ten years I decided let’s give them a try. The food was badly under cooked and they refuse to make the bill right though it wasn’t eaten. The sausage undercooked the eggs undercooked and when I finally received the hashbrown casserole after I received the bill it was undercooked. Absolutely discusting

Our food tasted great. Our only concerns are the time it took to get our food after we ordered and the temperature of my food. I ordered mac and cheese and carrots. Both were lukewarm at best. This has been a problem with Cracker Barrel for awhile. Our server did a great job but seemed frazzled.

This place is wonderful, great staff. I think they should be treated with respect. I’ve seen some nasty customers come through those doors, on a Sunday after church yell at some of these wonderful workers. They don’t deserve to be treated with disrespect. I hope they see how many spirits they bring down and stop acting like they’re entitled. Overall, foods delicious and I will come back. 🥰

We were seated quickly and our waitress Heather did an outstanding job. We enjoyed our meal and some time shopping in the store. Staff was friendly. Food came out hot and delicious!

Only 3 tables busy and 30 mins wait for 1 order of fried chicken. Way too long - specially if you are in a rush.
