Have returned to this location and what a turn around it has had. The service staff is now really good and friendly, order something and if they are out they tell you at that point and not giving you a half order instead. The service is faster then before and they seemed to actually want us there. The menu has shrank and some of my favorites are gone but what is left is good and sometimes real good. Gave it a 4+ star now instead of the one star I gave it before. Went to Cracker barrel and first the woman at the seating counter let us know that she was too busy to deal with us and complained about her job while she did another job while we waited. When we go to out table the waiter was nice but a bit slow, we ordered water and had to ask for refills before order was taken. When food arrived, after 20 minutes, order was incomplete and luke warm and tasteless, we were told that they were out of items on the menu that went with our order and some was uneatable and other parts were over or under cooked but we were not offered any option other then take it and pay full price. We complained at cashier desk and were told that they were busy and would try to do better next time, asked to speak to manager and one was not available. If I had not been to a Cracker Barrel before this would have been my first and last visit and may be my last visit to this one.

We had the worst experience at cracker barrel that we ever had. The watress needed to be trained more. She never checked on us . it took over a hour to get our food which was breakfast. Then she brought one plate at a time out to us and didn't even get the order right. NEVER go back again.

The food has changed. At all stores its just not as good anymore. This location seems to suffer from not enough staff. But everyone that is working is doing the best they can. Breakfast is still good though.

ordered pinto beans with cornbread, after receiving my meal was told no cornbread. The waitress check numerous time for me, but there was no cornbread.

My fiance and I stopped in for brunch on our way to Missouri and were absolutely appalled by the service and food. Our Server Jessica was as rude as could be while I was nothing but nice and respectful, she slammed our cups and straws on the table, and then seemingly purposefully brought our food out cold (she only had one other table). Extremely disappointed.

We went for Thanksgiving and oh my gosh were they busy but were they proficient and kind besides the rush they were dealing with. Great experience! Thank you all for a great first thanksgiving with the love of my life. Oh yeah. It was my fiancé and I and we loved it.

I eat at Cracker Barrel's frequently. Hands down this is the best location I've ever visited. The entire restaurant staff operated as a team. Corporate should make a clone of this managers training programs and send it to the other locations.
Our waitress Adrianna was amazing, the food was delicious and the biscuits were fresh! I will definitely visit this location/store again.

I walked in, placed a take out (carry out) order, paid for it.
I said I would wait in my car because I was traveling across country and my service dog was traveling with me. I waited 35 minutes. Nothing. I walked back in with my receipt in hand, asked for a status report. “We got slammed with a rush of customers and the kitchen was extra busy. I’ll check on it.”
I repeated that I am waiting in my car outside, parked in a designated pickup area for carry out orders. I returned to my car. Waited another 20 minutes. I went back inside AGAIN. The order had been placed behind the cashier!! No notification for me. The food was not hot! The “manager” was in training. I asked for a refund. The trainee did not know how! It took 15 minutes! The nonverbals were of irritation and impatience.
When asked (with sarcastic tone), “what else do I want?” I replied “an apology seems appropriate.” “Sooorrrreee” was said with the tone of a middle school child! I took a deep breath and said “you all should be ashamed of yourselves. I travel across the country on a regular basis. Cracker Barrel is my choice of vendor for a number of reasons. And I’ve NEVER been treated with such disrespect and disregard.

I walked in and put in a to go order. The waitress taking my order was very short & unfriendly. I even asked her if she was having a bad day. She disappeared in the back & after about 15/20 minutes she came out with the receipt for me to pay & said it would be about 10-15 minutes. I paid and looked around & then just waited & waited & waited. None of the hostesses bothered to check on my order. Instead, they stood around and watched me stand around. Finally, Diane asked if she could check on my order for me. She was very friendly and noticed I’d been there for awhile. About the same time, my waitress came out & said it’d be about 10 minutes. They were waiting on the broccoli & cheese casserole. Another 20 minutes later, the manager went & checked on my order and out it came. By the time I got home, it was cold and broccoli & cheese casserole was NOT worth the wait. There were chunks of broccoli as hard as a rock! I’m very disappointed in my visit this time.

We ate there the other day food was good, service was great! Christin was exceptional!! Very sweet attentive and kind! We couldn't ask for better!!
Thank you for improving things. Now if you just put chicken pot pie back on the menu without a ton of salt I'd be a happy camper!!
