Ferrell's Snappy Service - Cadiz

Waited an hour for a cup of chili, fries, chili cheese fries and an order of mushrooms. The fries were half frozen ( we got take out ) and they only had 3 other tickets. The cook ignored us and was bitching the whole time. His help just took orders, got in the way and talked. We will NEVER GO BACK! HIGHLY UNRECOMMENDED

Cook ignored us for about 5 minutes when we first came in. To his defense, no one else was working. I think the owner was sitting at the end of the counter, smoking one cigarette after another...gross. The food was really good. Patty melt and fries were cooked perfectly.

Really gone downhill. This is the third strike, and I won't be back. Thought maybe it was just a fluke once then twice. The last straw was last week. The food was terribly over cooked and service was lousy. Tried to call order in couldn't get through. Once I arrived was asked did I have a call in. I explained that I couldn't get the call answered. At that time I ordered to go. While waiting on my order the guy with his pony tail hanging out of his hairnet was bitching to the cook about how many orders they had. Now the phone was ringing and they wouldn't answer it. It wasn't that crowded in the restaurant so if you don't answer how do you have many orders. I won't be back.

This must be the last place in Kentucky you can still smoke cigarettes inside. Other than that, the food was great.

Ferrells has the best fresh smash burgers around. Very affordable for a family too. Sometimes you get a smoker in the restaurant that can reduce the enjoyment of the experience, but it never stops me from stopping by.

I like the food it great most of the time but I like to get breakfast in the afternoon but sometimes depending on who's working they want fixs it afew will the rest say breakfast stops at 11 o'clock I just want 3 eggs 3 sausage an toast but they will only put it on a bun I can't figure out the difference between putting it on a to go tray or a bun your still cooking a egg an a sausage they will cook it an put on bun but if you want a tray breakfast stops at 11 I can't figure that out i guess its faster to grab a bun instead of a tray

Very good burger place. Definitely recommend.

Only in town one night and we hadn't had dinner at 10:30. This place is open 24 hours so decided to give it a try. Cute little diner that gives a 50's vibe. Cook made our burgers quickly and right in front of us. Bacon burgers were super tasty and definitely recommend the chili.

I love it cuz of the French fries 😋🤤🍽️

Not a fan of smoking with my food, but that BLT was like butter.
