i went thru the drive thru, had to wait like 10 mins for my frappe, he handed it to me without the lid fully on, causing it to explode everywhere on me.

The food was typical McDonald's, now that they only use kiosk to place orders service didn't really come into play, BUT the dining room was filthy. All of the tables were dirty and food all over the floor.

I came here today and I honestly wanted to write a review because I was flabbergasted to see how many ppl noticed how nasty it was inside and still chose to eat the food, the service sucked very little to no help in the back and it took forever for the food to come back tot he customer and the employees were just handing food to anyone they thought might have ordered it but would give it right back to the correct person after it had already been touched, nothing was wiped, sprayed or swept off . It was gross and I’m horrified to see that there was no one cleaning it . I seen an employee wipe off a table just so she could take her lunch but that was it. All the employees ignored the fact it needed to be cleaned so customers had a clean sitting to sit at . Disgusting!

No staff to be found - ordered big Mac & chicken Mac with kiosk. Both were poorly assembled and cold. Ended up throwing 1/2 our food away, since we were passing through, we were stuck with bad food and being hunger.

It's a good thing they had an order kiosk. A lady was waiting at the counter when we walked in. We used the restrooms and she was still waiting. We ordered at the kiosk and got our food before she was even approached by an employee!
