Worst sonic I’ve ever been to. They “close” 30 minutes before closing time, their ordering screens never work, takes 10+ minutes for them to bring just a drink out, and my sonic blast order is never made right.

I’m sure not being able to serve anything but ice cream and bottled water wasn’t in the restaurants control, but forgetting the sauce we had asked for THREE times, giving us undercooked onion rings, and also giving us overcooked fries definitely was. It’s also to note that the store wasn’t even busy.

Very disappointed. Promptly at opening, was told they could only serve drinks. I explained i only wanted to order mozzarella sticks with extra marinara.. At this I was told that the fryers would take fifteen minutes to heat up! I left and decided I'd try after work. I placed my order and was told there was no marinara sauce . So needless to say I left again without a purchasing anything due to this experience. My only hope is that at my next visit things will be more up to par and on a higher performance level due to this review. Personally, I believe that those in the food service industry should strive to meet customer expectations above all else.

The WORST at taking orders. Better plan on repeating your order about 6 times. This place is AWFUL at taking orders.
Just like almost every fast food place, it can be a hit or miss.
This place is usually super good, but occasionally you don't get what you ordered, or somethings wrong with the order.
Like tonight, I ordered two Bacon Ranch Queso wraps, and there was no queso in either of them, so unfortunately they were both very dry.
Usually when I order them they are ontop of those toppings, they're usually always delicious.
I have received wrong food before, or when they had the garlic bacon burger sometimes they either wouldn't put any garlic on it, or it would be the smallest dollep you've ever seen.
Mistakes happen everywhere though, I'll continue eating here regardless. The people are nice and it's not the carhops faults.

Food came out fast & it was fresh! Ive been here maybe 3 times total since i moved to KY last Aug & every time the service & servers have been fast & professional. I dont usually eat at Sonic so i definitely appreciate the wonder experience i got in a new city. Ill absolutely be back! Thanks guys

This has to be the worst sonic I have ever been to. It burned to crisp fries last week and so I didn't even ask for more, just sent them back, thought a one time thing, wrong.... tried tater tots that I really don't care for just to make sure there was a little potato in it. Same, greasy fried too hard mess. At it took forever just for that and a drink. Never again. Glad I'm moving.
