Just like almost every fast food place, it can be a hit or miss.
This place is usually super good, but occasionally you don't get what you ordered, or somethings wrong with the order.
Like tonight, I ordered two Bacon Ranch Queso wraps, and there was no queso in either of them, so unfortunately they were both very dry.
Usually when I order them they are ontop of those toppings, they're usually always delicious.
I have received wrong food before, or when they had the garlic bacon burger sometimes they either wouldn't put any garlic on it, or it would be the smallest dollep you've ever seen.
Mistakes happen everywhere though, I'll continue eating here regardless. The people are nice and it's not the carhops faults.

Food came out fast & it was fresh! Ive been here maybe 3 times total since i moved to KY last Aug & every time the service & servers have been fast & professional. I dont usually eat at Sonic so i definitely appreciate the wonder experience i got in a new city. Ill absolutely be back! Thanks guys

This has to be the worst sonic I have ever been to. It burned to crisp fries last week and so I didn't even ask for more, just sent them back, thought a one time thing, wrong.... tried tater tots that I really don't care for just to make sure there was a little potato in it. Same, greasy fried too hard mess. At it took forever just for that and a drink. Never again. Glad I'm moving.

It would be nice if you actually opened up the f-ing stalls so people could actually order from you...definitely went to another location that wasn't worried about walking few extra steps for my money

I just ordered dinner here tonight and spent over $36 including tip. We ordered 1 pulled pork bbq cheeseburger and there was absolutely no pulled pork on it. Paid over $5.89 just for this sandwich and all it had was the cheeseburger and bbq sauce. That was it. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Aside from the screen saying order was ready and taking almost another 5 minutes to arrive. Got the footlong chili and sneeze of cheese one of the worst way to serve a guy with a beard chili on the outside of the bun on one end so yes it got in my beard. Chili cheese tater tots had more cheese than the footlong, but the tots were at least an hour old. I could have left in the car today it would have been warmer. I don't have time to wait another 12-15 minutes to try and screw it up worse. Luckily I heard they are shutting this one down. Dishes I would recommend thaw it out that would taste better
