The Pier - Floating Restaurant

The lead server saved our dinner. I wish I had gotten her name but she was fantastic.
When we got to KOA they lost our reservation and the manager was a nightmare but one of the office staff stayed late to get us all set. She is a gem. Do everything you can to make her stay.
So that was my mindset when I got there. I really just wanted to eat something and chill. But no. One of the waitresses was absolutely spastic. A customer at another table had an issue but they were polite about it. The server was not. She literally threw the food and said she'd vacuum it up later. Threw it. It was the most bizarre thing I had ever seen and I have owned restaurants myself. Treat your good employees like gold. Your lead server is gold. I know it’s tough when it’s hard to get staff but that just means the owner puts in a few more shifts, I’ve been there. But get rid of the employees dragging you down. They are costing you money because no matter how good your lead server is, I would rather jab rusty nails in my eyes than go back to that restaurant.

Was not very satisfied. Was just visiting thought I would stop in.

Came in the middle of the afternoon on a Friday xand it was quiet, server was friendly but the burgers gave us food poisoning. We have been sick and puking all evening. Will never be back. Frozen patties were not cooked well enough I don't know exactly what but really not good food at all especially for the high prices

We came here a year ago and said it was the last time we would ever be back! the food was awful and you didn’t feel at home. The experience was just not at all something we were looking for. Now fast forward to present we decided to try again after hearing about new management at the pier so we decided to give it one more try. I will say this we come here at least 3 or 4 times between Saturday and Sunday whether that’s for a burger or a pizza or maybe just an ice cream cone before we go out on the water we love it here you feel welcomed and the food is made with love and care I’ve never seen this place so packed until now and we love it look past all the old reviews and come down and try it you won’t be disappointed!

My family and I stayed at the KOA, and the restaurant's manager and staff were so nice. My family truly enjoyed the food we had. They don't have salads on the menu, but the manager put together a salad for me. They made us feel so welcome. We will be eating there again the next time we are in town.

The service was beyond excellent and the food is always great after a day on the lake or at the pool. The new ice cream machine made the kids day. Our server was wonderful and went above and beyond to take care of us!

James is overall amazing the food is amazing and it's served with a smile. You definitely need to take a trip out there because you definitely will not regret it. I will absolutely recommend the pier restaurant to everyone I know

This is third time eating here this year. No comparison to last year. The new manager James is very invested and it shows. We had burgers last week that were really good. Today we ate in the resturant and had catfish and the new BBQ burger. It was all excellent. There was four of us and no one had a complaint. Everything was fresh and seasoned well. The service was attentive and pleasant. It's nice to have a solid option for food that is reasonably priced.

Poorly ran by management. Mediocre food at best. Fly in the pizza topping shaker. Save your money and grab a frozen pizza.

I work at Prizer and I gotta say the food is great!!! James is doing great changing things and making the experience awesome! Highly recommend
