Was waiting at the counter to be waited on for over 5 mins. Not one person greeted me or the others behind me. 2 of them were busy while the 3rd one just stood by the fryer. All 3 of them passed by the front counter and never once recognized that we were there. A "Hi, welcome to Wendy's, someone will be with you shortly" goes a long way.
Absolutely terrific. Our experience was the perfect start to a morning. The friendliest drive through experience. He made our trip worth it and will one day make an amazing manager if not already one. We left laughing having a great time saying we would love to work under him.
Stopped here on the way to and from a Florida vacation. Was busy this Sunday afternoon around 12:45pm. We were able to order on the kiosk, which ended up being much quicker than ordering from an employee. Soda machine lacked a lot of different drink options, all of the lemonades were out. Relatively clean, friendly employees.
