I've been to this location twice since coming to town and both times I was disappointed with the quality of the drinks. Both times I ordered a Matcha version which was nothing but a cup of milk! No taste beyond the milk, hardly any coloring, as if no matcha was added. No other Dunkin' franchise I've ever visited and ordered the same drinks were ever this bad. It seems to me that they do not know the difference between white cheese and yellow cheese even though I’ve ordered it either through DoorDash or at the window they have also confirmed it on the receipt. That’s what I ordered. Never is it the correct order?
