WINGS PIZZA N THINGS

This place never disappoints me. My food is always hot and delicious and not to mention the prices are pretty reasonable. The place is nice and clean every time I come in. The workers are friendly and helpful. I have tried almost everything here and it’s all so good!

Sat there for 50 minutes with no food. Two customers that came in after us got their food and finished it. Still no food. I could see our waitress outside smoking on her break. She comes back surprised we didn’t have food. Went to check on it and told us that my husbands had to be remade so it would be just a couple more minutes. We ended up just leaving. Waitresses sitting in the corner AT A TABLE chit chatting, hostess smoking a vape inside (and eating), our waitress had her greasy hair down and kept touching all over her face going in and out of the bathroom. Oh also, when she came back from her break…. Smelled straight up like weed.

Horrible service and experience tonight. Worst dining experience I’ve had to be honest. My husband, 2 kids and I were sat and not asked about drinks untill 10 minutes later. Then my tea didn’t come out until 30 minutes after we arrived. We waited for OVER an hour for food all while other tables came and got their food. We ordered regular quick food, nothing special. The lady hardly made eye contact with us. Once our food came out my son didn’t have his and we watched them give his food to a different table. Sat and waited another 20 minutes and his plate still didn’t come. We told them to forget it we’ll go feed him somewhere else and left. It was ridiculous and so understaffed and uncaring of how long everything took. I won’t be back. Didn’t offer to comp anything from our bill either, which is fine but we had a horrible experience

Disappointed is an understatement! I was so excited to try this place, I love pizza….we ordered the hand tossed pizza and what we got was thin crust and the bottom not even cooked all the way! I immediately ask the waitress if that is thin crust and she went and asked the lady who made it and then came back and said “she said it is the hand tossed but she is not sure why it didn’t rise” I then said “are you sure!?” And showed her a picture from previous reviews that was CLEARLY very different from wheat we got served and she just said “yeah”. One slice of eaten out of that pizza and not another more because it wasn’t good! No offer to make it right, NOTHING….just a good ol oh well! I just WASTED $60! This place was AWEFUL!

My husband and I just ate at this restaurant. We ordered the hand tossed pizza crust. The crust was flat and doughy. I asked our waitress if this was the hand tossed or thin crust. She went and asked and came back and said, ‘that it was the hand tossed but the crust didn’t rise for some reason. It didn’t turn out right.’ It was horrible! The manager did not come over to talk to us. There was no offer to make a thin pizza because there was something wrong with the crust. No compensation on the bill. We use to have a fire roasted pizza trailer at our winery. If we had an unhappy customer, we did everything we could to compensate for it. Either the yeast was bad, the crust sat in the fridge way too long and got old and wouldn’t rise like it was supposed to or, the crust had been frozen. I paid my bill but, I will never go back. This is the worst place in Kentucky that I have been to so far for pizza!!!

Ordered the Philly cheesecake sandwich- take out. Requested NO mushrooms and instead they packed them on the soggy sandwich. Terrible. Requested ranch for my fried pickles and hot wings. They assured me it was in my bag- Got home- NO RANCH! The fried fish platter my husband had was just gross. Half of the fish was grey looking on the inside. Into the garbage it all went. Never again will I est from this place. A waste of $50+! For some reason it won't let me post my photos. Good thing for them i guess.

The service and food here are always exceptional! Every staff member is amazing, including Mia. She has the best recommendations, and her customer service is outstanding. A definite must to eat here, not only for the food, but for the atmosphere!

Good food with great service. Was able to accommodate a large party without hesitation. Staff was very understanding with the 8 kids in our party. Food was average for pizza and wings, but the service was outstanding.
