My family eats here often but honestly, if we could eat Pancho's every day I certainly would!! I moved to Taylor county in 2021 and after trying Poncho's for the first time I don’t even consider that there are other Mexican Restaurants in Campbellsville. We normally order our food for pick up but when we do dine in it’s always clean and well maintained. We like that they don’t serve alcohol, making it family friendly. My wife and I recently moved to Campbellsville, and as big fans of authentic Mexican food, we’ve been on the hunt for our new favorite spot. We had tried a few other Mexican restaurants around town, and while they were good, nothing really stood out to us.

Tried out Pancho’s during a trip to Kentucky from California and was pleasantly impressed! It’s hard to beat California’s Mexican food, but Pancho’s was incredible! Thank you
