“My family eats here often but honestly, if we could eat Pancho's every day I certainly would!! I moved to Taylor county in 2021 and after trying Poncho's for the first time I don’t even consider that there are other Mexican Restaurants in Campbellsville. We normally order our food for pick up but when we do dine in it’s always clean and well maintained. We like that they don’t serve alcohol, making it family friendly. Every single time we order our food is delicious and just what we expect it to be if not better. I’ll never understand how they are not swamped from open to close on the daily!! And if you catch them when they’ve just made fresh chips you’ll be so happy cause they’re so delish! Poncho’s is the BEST all around 10/10 and I’m a tough critic 🤣“
