“To be clear, this is NOT the best Mexican food I've ever had.
That said, I was shocked by how good it was considering we were in the middle of Kentucky.
The atmosphere reminded me of a touristy Mexican restaurant, lots of bright colors, papel picado streamers hung from the ceiling and the like.
The chips and salsa were a little on the bland side, but that's not what we were there for.
I was astounded to see quesabirria and al pastor tacos on the menu. I ordered the quesabirria tacos and a large horchata.
The food came quickly enough and was reasonably hot. The birria was juicy and flavorful and the beans and rice were awesome. My only real complaint about the food was the birria could have been shredded a little more. Other than that, spot on!
The horchata was served in a comically large frosted mug and was pretty good, if not just a tad too sweet. I do like my horchata sweet but this was a little much for me.
All in all, it was a surprisingly good experience for being in western Kentucky.“

“We travel all around the US now that we are retired and our favorite stop for a fast lunch is Taco Bell. This location was top notch!! My Mexican pizza was hot and tasty the Dr Pepper was delicious without any after taste of cleaning fluid. Staff was nice and bathrooms clean. Marking this location in my Taco Bell app as a favorite - we will be back“

“Stopped in to try some more authentic Mexican food since it is a Mexican grocery store and I was not disappointed. The food was better than any of the restaurants I have eaten anywhere in most cities. It was affordable with fresh ingredients.“

“Sorry for the the long comment, but I have a lot to say about this AMAZING restaurant. To start off a waiter gave us wonderful chips and even better salsa. WARNING if you are very sensitive to spice, get the guacamole. We ordered and the food came shortly after. The plates came SO hot that the employee who delivered our food wore pot holders on his hands. My mothers fajitas were steaming hot (so we’re other tables). The food was overall FANTASTIC. If I didn’t live 7 hours away I would come here often. The service was great, and everybody was VERY nice. I forgot to mention that the restaurant is family friendly, with plenty of options for children. I would totally recommend for anybody with children. The woman at the hotel recommended this place and I’m SO glad she did! I will and would recommend this place to anybody coming to Glasgow.“
