Being from the NY NJ area, we had the best pizza. Since moving here, its difficult to find pizza that even resembles pizza. BUT, a few weeks back I ordered one from EZ Rider, and I couldn't belive it was so close to NJ pizza. I am extremely happy to find it in Carlisle!! I will continue to order and suggest you do as well...nothing like a good pizza. Oh, and try their wings! Exceptional.
The pizza is great my wife had told me about this place when we moved in to town and I can't say anything bad the food is delicious there hasn't been a single thing that we are unhappy about. Would definitely recommend to anyone who hasn't tried here. The service is great and quick.

My pizza was a greasy little beast but I had grabbed extra napkins thankfully so I could soak up some of that grease. The pizza had a soft crust which I found pleasurable to chew. The flavor of the pizza was lacking; it needed some crushed red pepper and maybe some parmesan cheese to enhance it. But I still enjoyed it none the less. My wife really enjoyed her wings. The funnel cake sticks were greasy but tasty. They were good without the icing but the icing really enhanced them....read full review
