I love this place! It's a small vineyard and winery and according to them it was the 4th winery in Kentucky. The owners built the place from the ground up and you can really tell it was a labor of love. The owner gave us a history of the farm during our tasting, which was only a few dollars to try them all. The wines were great (my favorite was the Shiraz) and the scenery was fantastic. Definitely a place to just chill..and we will be back!

This quaint little family winery is located along the Kentucky Wine Trail. What makes it different from the others along the trail is it is more of a house. The owners live on the property and are originally from Europe. They decided to start making their own wine here in this region as the climate was something they were used to, and they were good at it. They have won some prestigious awards as you can see on display in the tasting room. All bottles are: $15 Full tasting: $6 Half tasting: $3 We went on a cold day, but the patio overlooking the property is certainly ideal for a sunny Saturday afternoon. Also on this property: farm animals. Including lama's, sheep, sheep dogs etc. It kind of caught us off guard at first, but was fun to see. Worth stopping in!

This is a small, family-owned winery. The atmosphere is quite quaint....once we arrived at the winery. The driveway to the winery unnerved us because it was narrow, curvy and gravelly. We felt more like we were driving to a personal residence rather than a business. Once we arrived at the Winery, we understood the feeling. Although the place is a business, visitors are made to feel like family. Elaine (I think that was her name) detailed their wine-making process as she took us on the tour. We were impressed that they do EVERYTHING to recycle and have a positive impact on the environment. It was a great experience visiting this winery Their wines were flavorful and reasonably- priced. We thoroughly enjoyed the visit and will tell others about it.
