Extremely frustrating experience. Almost everything about our order was wrong.
My husband’s wings came out with no sauce after we asked multiple times for medium. I ordered a simple burger with cheddar—got American cheese and it was undercooked and very pink. My kids’ burgers came out with shredded white cheese, and a Caesar salad was replaced with a house salad and ranch.

Second time dining at POURter’s and have been very pleased both times. Burger was top notch the first time, and tonight I got wings. VERY GOOD! Perfect crisp on the outside and meat was just right. And the jalapeño poppers…. WOW! Amazing!!!!
