We love Domino's pizza. We HATE that we are put on hold 9 out of 10 times we call to place an order. We are left hanging for up to 15 min. This is unacceptable service. The employees outside smoking need to be inside answering the phone. Who doesn't need orders? Who owns this franchise & allows this policy to cause them to constantly loose money? If I had a new pizza joint opening right down the street, I think I would make my employees answer the darn phone & take the orders.So...read full review
Service was great, food was also very good, as expected! Unfortunately there was a Karen who got there right before I did. She was rude to these nice employees. Don't be a Karen!

Highly recommend this Dominos! I always make the drive from Greenville because I’ve never had an issue. Food is always done on time and made correctly.This is the first time something has went different out of the dozens of times we have been here. So I had placed a carry out order and they had me me aware that one of the workers accidentally dropped it so I would need to wait a bit longer before it was done.
